PAULA ROBINSON, PHD
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Specialising in Organisational Psychology and Mental Fitness

Paula is a Registered, Consulting & Coaching Psychologist and a leading expert on mental fitness, well-being and Positive Psychology theory, research and practice. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science (with Distinction), an Honours degree in Psychology (1st Class), an Australian Postgraduate Award and a PhD conceptualising and measuring ‘Mental Fitness’.

NIChOLE WALKER
PRACTICE MANAGER

Specialising in Mental Fitness

Nichole is the Practice Manager at the Positive Psychology Institute.  At PPI, Nichole works with her colleagues to promote wellbeing and Mental Fitness across the lifespan.  She is also a passionate advocate for Positive Education, developing recommendations for schools and educational organisations on the implementation of Positive Education programs, frameworks and interventions to improve wellbeing for students and staff.  

 

Anne Bunt
Regional DIRECTOR

Specialising in Coaching Psychology  

Anne is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Coaching Psychology. Anne is an experienced psychologist with 10 years providing individual and group psychological services within the NSW Health Service and in the private sector. Anne conducts seminars and workshops on how to achieve personal and professional goals, maintain and enhance mental health and well-being, build resilience to manage stress and navigate change.

Marina Reid Wilson
Senior associate

Specialising in Coaching Psychology  

Marina Reid Wilson is a practicing psychologist with 15 years experience in executive coaching, workshop facilitation and psychological assessment. Working across a range of industries, including professional services, government and not-for-profit, Marina builds long-lasting relationships with her clients, whereby trust and context can be established. She has a special interest in leadership development and assisting her clients to build resilience, develop emotional agility and flourish in complex environments.

Justin Coulson, PHD
Senior Associate

Specialising in Parenting and Happiness

 Justin is a parenting researcher and author. He is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Sydney Business School and he has received his PhD, researching parenting and happiness, from the University of Wollongong. Justin has been nominated for teaching excellence for his lectures in psychology of wellbeing, and has had his research published in academic journals, and peer reviewed books.

 

anne Lucas
SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Specialising in Forensic Psychology, Victim Services & Family Court

Anne Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts Psychology, a Master of Arts Psychology and a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy. She is a Registered Psychologist with an endorsed speciality in the area of Forensic Psychology and is accredited to provide services under Workcover NSW. Anne has worked as a Psychologist for over 15 years and has extensive experience in a variety of public and private settings. Her areas of special interest are in strength-based assessment and the application of Positive Psychology approaches in the treatment of psychological distress.

Specialising in Positive Education

 Steve has 25 years experience in Education and Psychology and is a leading expert on School well-being and Positive Psychology practice. Steve also provides educational strategic planning approaches aligned to key organisational objectives.

 

Kari sutton
SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Specialising in Positive Education

Kari Sutton is an experienced educator with over 20 years experience in a variety of settings. Kari was part of the world first Authentic Happiness Coaching program in 2003, developed by Martin Seligman, where she was trained in the principles of Positive Psychology by leading academics in the field. She also completed the Graduate Certificate of Business Wellbeing, which focussed on how Positive Psychology applies to business and organisational wellbeing. This was the first academic course of its type globally and was supported by the Sydney Business School (part of the University of Wollongong). Kari also has specialist training in Positive Education and has been actively applying the science within a wide variety of settings for the past decade.

He has coached Managers, Executive Managers, Directors, and Partners across a diverse range of commercial and government enterprises, and has trained hundreds of consultants, coaches, and managers as coaches.
