Based in Maitland, Anne is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Coaching Psychology. Individual Services

Therapy, treatment, and counseling for individuals and couples across a range of presenting issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems; as well as Evidenced-based Coaching for personal and professional development. more

Positive Education Services

The design and delivery of proactive, multi-level programs geared at creating a positive school climate to support academic performance, mental fitness and the well-being of staff and students. We are also available for staff PD Day workshops/ presentations (e.g. our popular 'Introduction to Positive Education' workshop), Executive Coaching for Principals and Senior Leadership Teams, Individual Student Coaching for Academic and Personal Development, Parent Workshops and much more.

Organisational Services

The co-creation of strategic applications with organisations in both the private and public sectors. These programs can focus on a range of interventions from organisational culture and climate to employee engagement, well-being and mental fitness - allgeared at boosting the bottom line. We also offer in-house presentations and staff development workshops on Applied Positive Psychology in the Workplace, Resilience, Strengths at Work, and other current ‘hot topics’ in the scientific literature. more

Individual and group coaching in Mental Fitness; as well Mental Fitness Programs for schools and in the workplace for individuals, teams and rganisational development. more

Positive Ageing

Programs and workshops for the general public and for organisations associated with Australia's ageing population, including aged care facilities and retirement villages. These are underpinned by research from the fields of Psychology, Positive Psychology and Positive Ageing pioneers - including George Vallant (Psychiatrist and Professor at Harvard Medical School) and Ellen Langer (Harvard Professor of Psychology). more

Workshops & Seminars

The design and delivery of a variety of workshops on applied positive psychology, neuroscience, mental fitness, well-being, and other topics of interest. These workshops are available in schools and organisations and are also run for the general public interested in learning how to apply the findings from the academic research literature to their own life. more
