Positive Education New Zealand (PENZ) represents the entire education spectrum - primary, secondary and tertiary sectors. PENZ is already attracting the attention of our own academic and education experts - as well as world-class international authorities - on the application of wellbeing science in different educational contexts. The conference will provide practical classroom resources and lesson plans. Presenters across all education sectors will share case studies and theoretical frameworks for organisational wellbeing, including tried and tested roadmaps guiding the journey in to Positive Education: from securing stakeholder buy-in, to getting started, conducting well-being audits and developing sustainable strategies that support the whole community.
This conference is for educators, leaders and decision makers from the education sector (primary, secondary and tertiary) who have an interest in applying the theories and research emanating from Positive Psychology – evidence based wellbeing programmes. It is for those who wish to understand the benefits of Positive Education – for the individual, whole school and wider community.
Join us for Dr Paula Robinson's presentation "The Process of Initiating and Sustaining Whole School Change: How to run an AI school summit to get everyone on board". Registration and details are now available on the PENZ website.
